Teapot

As with any other glass ware, caution must be taken when handling the product as well as stirring the liquid inside. In order to avoid breaking and cracking, always use a plastic, silicone or wooden spoon.

When making an ice tea or any other drink that requires ice, place the drink in the beaker first and add the ice afterwards to avoid the ice cracking the bottom of the glass.

The Tramontina teapot is dishwasher safe and Microwave Safe*. (*Glass part only)

Clean Tea Maker thoroughly after each use.

To keep Stainless Steel in good condition, use mild soap and soft sponge only.

Designed to withstand temperatures between -20 and 150¡C.

Filter

Before first use, wash it with hot water and detergent.

Dishwasher-safe.

It is important to clean the filter immediately after use. To facilitate cleaning, do not let the coffee grounds dry.

Do not use sharp materials or steel brushes, as they may damage the item.

A soft brush or sponge and running water are recommended.

For a more thorough cleaning: soak the strainer in a mixture of detergent and hot water for half an hour.

Rinse well to remove all detergent and dry before storing.

Use only soap or detergent and a soft sponge to wash. Other products such as steel wool can scratch or damage the cutlery shine.

Rinse each piece well in order to completely remove the residue of the cleaning products that are abrasive and can damage stainless steel.

Use warm water whenever possible as it renews the cutlery shine.

After washing, dry the tableware immediately otherwise the chemical substances in water (chlorine) can stain the tableware.

Do not allow the tableware to rub against each other during washing and storage in order to prevent scratches

Avoid contact with hot surfaces. They can cause the colors to fade.

Do not store items in a humid place as it can cause stains.

When using a dishwasher, we recommend removing the cutlery as soon as the rinse cycle is finished and dry them by hand.
