  • Before first use, wash and dry items thoroughly.

  • To retain original color of the blade, do not wash in dishwasher.
  • Each time the blade is sharpened, carefully remove any residue that remains stuck to the blade with a soft, dry cloth.
  • When storing or handling knives, avoid that the pieces knock together when storing or handling to avoid scratches and damage to the finish.
  • We recommend using Tramontina's polypropylene or wood cutting boards to extend the durability of the knife's cutting edge.
  • This knife is not recommended for cutting frozen foods. Always keep your knife sharp with Tramontina's knife sharpeners or honing steel.
  • To discard products and packaging, follow existing recycling guidelines.
